How do I use it?
Dispense a small amount onto wet hands, lather into a creamy foam, and massage gently in circles, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm water.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. In our clinical test, it was used twice a day, morning and night.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It was rated non-irritating in a dermatologist-supervised patch test on 33 people. Every skin is different, so if yours is sensitive, try a small amount on your inner arm first.
Does it remove sunscreen and makeup?
In testing it removed 96.7% of sunscreen in one wash. For heavy or waterproof makeup, use a makeup remover first.
The color looks different from my last bottle. Is that okay?
Yes. The powder contains real green tea leaves, so the color can shift over time. Quality is not affected.
How should I store it?
Keep the cap tightly closed and keep water out of the bottle. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How long does it last after opening?
Use within 3 months of opening.

Returns
Can I return a product?
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
