Refund policy

Returns

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare can't be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email info@sn-mn.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without a return authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges and cancellations

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order. Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they ship; email us as soon as possible.
